RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from nevasea.com, you agree to the terms described below.

All Sales Are Final — Supplement Products

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, Nevasea does not accept returns on opened or used products. Once a product seal has been broken or the product has been consumed, it is not eligible for return under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with taste, texture, scent, or personal preference. We encourage all customers to review product information and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

Eligible Claims

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following situations: the product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence); the product contains a manufacturing defect; you received the wrong product; or the product arrived expired. All claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact our support team at nevaseahealth@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos or video showing the issue, and a brief description. Claims submitted without supporting evidence will not be processed. Nevasea reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim is valid based on the evidence provided.

Resolution

If a claim is approved, Inaave LLC will offer, at its sole discretion, one of the following: store credit for the value of the affected item, a replacement product of equal or lesser value, or a partial or full refund to the original payment method. The customer cannot demand a specific resolution type.

Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund: opened or partially consumed products; products not purchased directly from nevasea.com; products with removed or altered labels; claims submitted after the 14-day window; dissatisfaction based on expected versus actual results (individual results vary); and orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Nevasea and allowing 5 business days for resolution is considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping, if applicable and approved, is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an Nevasea error.
