Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
Inaave LLC currently ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international addresses at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days for standard shipping. These are estimates only. Inaave LLC is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, national emergencies, high-volume periods, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Carriers
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and product availability. Carrier selection is at our fulfillment partner's discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Inaave LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, check with neighbors and building management, contact the carrier directly, and wait 48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely. If unresolved after 5 business days from the confirmed delivery date, contact us at nevaseahealth@gmail.com and we will assist in the investigation.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Inaave LLC is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact nevaseahealth@gmail.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet shipped.
