Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wyoming.

Modifications

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
